Sense of Belongingness

 


 Sense of Belongingness within ourselves is quite natural in this elixir of life; as we tend to cling on to our chosen one's. 


That ray of hope drives us to move ahead in life. The very fact that we all are ultimately 'self 'as we come alone and depart alone makes us harder to think as we are living in this temporal illusory world that projects our very situational phases . 


It's like a humane maze...Interdependence within dependence . 

Paradoxically speaking, we tend to be independent whereas in actuality we can never be fully independent in this world as God's creation was humans ,not robots. 



We have to cling on . We have to belong to someone in order to be independent.In this somewhat daily chaotic course of events of our life we are somehow dependent on others for some or the other reason. 


We 'belonged' in the past, we 'belong' in the present and will leave a trace of 'belongingness' in the future. 


However, it's true that our belongingness makes us what we are; either deprived or loved. 



Some people at some point of time feel belongingness as an abyss ... In continuity... Their vacant stare keeps them in the state of equilibrium where they question their existence... Why are we here? What purpose? Do we really belong here? 


Well, these unanswered existentialist questions and apprehensions makes them or rather us to cling onto this make believe world of hope and dreams....

An October Morning

Thought of publishing my poem, which got me into first position in the writing challenge that was held in the year 2021, by The Unheard Stories Writing Community An October Morning   Summer is gone    Fall is here.  Awakened by Nature's spell , The leafy cacophony in the gloomy woods; This beautiful blue-skied October morning,   I witnessed a brilliant serenity....  The welcoming of cold winters,  Oh!
